While every engagement is tailored to the needs and resources of individuals and organizations, we strive to ensure that three key phases are handled well and consistently from engagement-to-engagement, whether in a one-on-one engagement or group coaching initiative.

Onboarding Phase

  • Initial consultation and needs assessment
  • Feedback and insight collection (Manager, HR Manager, others)
  • Assessment(s) related to targeted goals
  • Goal setting and establishing success criteria for engagement
  • Coach selection and matching to coachee
  • Agreement-setting with coachee (avenues for communication, sharing of data and insights, involvement of others)

Active Coaching Phase

  • Initial / Session Structure Setting (Frequency, Duration, Format)
  • Debrief Assessments (360-degree feedback, personality assessments, etc.)
  • Receive and Review Tools (Journal, Guidelines, Curated Resources, etc.)
  • Progress Reviews and Adjustments
  • Decision Point / Checkpoints (Continue coaching or closeout?)

Closeout Phase
