Instructional Design Process and approach:

When working with clients, SyNet focuses on defining where our clients want to be in the future. Once this has been clarified, we assess where the client is at the current time. If there is a gap between the desired future and the current state, we complete an analysis to determine what is causing the gap. Only then do we recommend a solution. This process, while thorough, is not time consuming. We find that it solves the root causes of performance problems the first time.
